Sally Myers has joined Jacksonville-based Austin Bank as senior executive vice president and deputy chief risk officer. She will office out of Austin Bank’s Longview Greggton location.
With almost 40 years of banking risk management, compliance and information security resources, Myers has helped start three banks from the ground up, in addition to possessing extensive leadership, risk mitigation, governance and technology implementation skills. She has worked in the area of risk management since 2008 and previously worked for Icon Business Bank in Riverside, California, and Grasshopper Bank NA in New York City.

Myers earned both a BA degree and MA degree in history from the University of Wisconsin and holds certified regulatory compliance manager and certified enterprise risk professional credentials through the American Bankers Association.
