Primary Job Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all accounting and financial reporting systems, including board reports, fixed assets, and prepaids for two banks and the holding company.
Manage and supervise all functions of human resources and payroll.
Develop and maintain the capital plan and the strategic plan.
Manage the operations department including the review of all due from bank reconcilements, wire transfers, and general ledger entries. Review and manage the daily liquidity position.
Review the investment portfolio reconcilement.
Maintain and review all bank policies and risk assessments.
Oversite of all bank secrecy act and bank security functions.
