VeraBank Hires Mojica as Concierge Banker and Business Development Officer in Austin

December 29, 2021

Justina MojicaHenderson-based VeraBank has welcomed Justina Mojica to its Austin team as concierge banker and business development officer. A dual native of Chicago and Houston, now settled in Austin, Mojica will focus on extended-hour and personalized services for the bank’s VIPs and business customers. The role will support the lending and treasury departments, working directly with clients for all their day-to-day banking needs, as well as cultivating relationships with existing clients and prospects in the market. As the single point of contact, she’ll be available beyond regular bank hours and assist with technology, treasury support, account opening and more.

Prior to joining VeraBank, Mojica was assistant vice president/manager at Susser Bank in Round Top. Before that, she served as a branch executive for JPMorgan Chase, then for BBVA Compass.

“This is the type of service our clients deserve,” says Todd Engemon, chief financial officer. “With Justina’s experience, we’ll be able to level up our efforts across the board and truly make banking with us the easiest part [our customer’s] day.”

Established in 1930, VeraBank serves Austin, East Texas and Central Texas with 38 branches.
