Tran Hired as Southlake Market President at Texas Regional Bank

March 29, 2023

Mimi TranMimi Tran has joined Harlingen-based Texas Regional Bank as wealth advisor and Southlake market president. With more than 20 years of banking and wealth management experience, she will be responsible for building the bank’s portfolio, brand and relationships in Southlake.

Prior to joining Texas Regional Bank, Tran was a community leader and private banker for Frost Bank in Southlake for 10 years. She has also served at JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America.

Tran received a BS degree in marketing from Louisiana State University. She is a certified wealth strategist. In addition, she is the founder and serves on the board of the Me Squared Cancer Foundation, which provides support for women diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer, the fastest-growing type of breast cancer. Tran is also past chair of the Carroll Education Foundation and past board member of the Irving Healthcare Foundation and Southlake Women’s Club

Established in 1987, Texas Regional Bank operates throughout the Rio Grande Valley, Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, Hill Country and Houston.
