Fort Worth-based TexasBank announced several executive leadership appointments in July.
Bill Wade has joined TexasBank to serve as chief operating officer, bringing extensive executive leadership experience in banking operations, technology, strategic planning, project management, process improvement and large-scale transformation initiatives. Throughout his career, he has led organizations through significant growth. As COO, Wade will oversee the bank’s information technology and business process improvement teams while partnering with senior leadership to advance enterprise projects, strengthen operational performance and develop scalable solutions.
Leslie Lewis has been appointed chief experience officer, formalizing a leadership role she has already been instrumental in shaping across the organization. Lewis has focused on building a culture of shared success by aligning people, processes and priorities around TexasBank’s mission, vision and values. Her leadership has strengthened the connection between employee engagement, operational excellence, customer trust and community impact while supporting the bank’s continued growth. As chief experience officer, Lewis will continue overseeing deposit operations, retail banking, human resources, marketing, training and internal communications.
In addition to his responsibilities as chief credit officer, Matt Duncan has been appointed chief risk officer. In this expanded leadership role, he will oversee credit, loan operations, compliance, enterprise risk management and information security.
“TexasBank has experienced tremendous growth because of the talented people who lead our organization every day,” says Greg Dodds, president and CEO. “Our vision for the future is rooted in the same values that have shaped us for generations: authentic relationships, responsible growth, community commitment and service that feels personal. Bill, Leslie and Matt each bring leadership that reflects who TexasBank is at its core, positioning us to continue serving customers with excellence while staying true to the communities and values that define us.”
