Texas Republic Bank Taps Dunn for Branch Operations in Richardson, Foster for Commercial Lending

Frisco-based Texas Republic Bank announced two new hires in March.

Ellen Dunn has joined the bank as branch operations supervisor in Richardson. She has more than 16 years of operations and retail banking experience.

Blake Foster has joined Texas Republic Bank as senior vice president/commercial lending officer. He received a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of North Texas in 2005 and began his banking career in 2006. Foster has more than 15 years of experience in commercial lending, working with some of the top CRE developers and investors in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.

Established in 1891, Texas Republic Bank has six branches in North Texas and the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
