Texas Regional Bank Welcomes Herrmann as Tomball/Cypress Market President

October 14, 2025

Ann Margaret HerrmannHarlingen-based Texas Regional Bank has named Ann Margaret Herrmann senior vice president and Tomball/Cypress market president. She will lead the bank’s market strategy and business development efforts in Tomball, Cypress and the greater Northwest Houston area. Herrmann’s appointment comes as Texas Regional Bank continues its strategic expansion in Houston. It recently opened a new branch in Rosenberg and expects to open another in Magnolia before the end of the year.

Herrmann brings more than 20 years of banking experience, specializing in commercial lending, SBA financing and credit strategy. She has held senior leadership roles at both regional and national banks, for which she built and managed diverse commercial portfolios, structured complex credit facilities and mentored teams to deliver strong results.

Throughout her career, Herrmann has been recognized for outstanding performance, including top producer honors in SBA lending and leadership in commercial banking growth. She is also active in local chambers of commerce and community organizations.

Established in 1987, Texas Regional Bank has more than 40 branches in South and Central Texas, the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex and the Houston region.
