Texas Regional Bank Taps Tyree to Serve as Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager

Jon TyreeHarlingen-based Texas Regional Bank has hired Jon Tyree as senior vice president/relationship manager, serving clients across the bank’s North Texas market. He will work with business owners and real estate investors to deliver customized lending solutions.

Tyree brings nearly two decades of commercial banking experience throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth region, including leadership roles at First United Bank, Washington Federal and Citibank, among other institutions. He has supported a wide variety of commercial real estate and C&I clients, consistently managing sizable credit and deposit relationships. Tyree holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from LeTourneau University and resides in Lewisville.

“Jon’s approach to relationship banking fits squarely within the TRB culture,” says Duke York, region president/DFW West. “He builds real partnerships with business owners and entrepreneurs, and he delivers the strategic insight and responsiveness they count on.”

Established in 1987, Texas Regional Bank operates 34 branches across Texas.
