June 30–July 6, 2024

Mergers and Acquisitions

The TDB reports that First Texas Bank, based in Georgetown, has applied to merge with First Texas Bank, based in Killeen.

Name Changes

The TDB reports that First State Bank, based in Abilene, has applied to change its name to Avana Bank.

Home Office Relocations

The TDB reports that Susser Bank, based in Dallas, has applied to relocate its home office from 100 Crescent Ct., Ste. 575, in Dallas to 4010 Maple Ave., Ste. 150A, in Dallas.

Branches

The OCC reports that First National Bank Texas, based in Killeen, has applied to establish a branch at 1650 W. Maloney Ave. in Gallup, New Mexico.

The TDB reports that Texas Capital Bank, based in Dallas, has established a branch at 1538 E. Southlake Blvd. in Southlake.

The TDB reports that Farmers and Merchants Bank, based in De Leon, has established a branch at 508 E. Central in Comanche.

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by Frost Bank, based in San Antonio, to establish a branch at 8651 El Dorado Pkwy. in McKinney.

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by Texas Regional Bank, based in Harlingen, to establish a branch at 1306 Spacek Rd. in Rosenberg.

The TDB reports that Susser Bank, based in Dallas, has applied to establish a branch at 6900 N. Dallas Pkwy., Ste. 125, in Plano.

The TDB reports that Comerica Bank, based in Dallas, has relocated a branch from 5757 Memorial Dr. in Houston to 5440 Memorial Dr. in Houston.

The OCC reports that SouthState Bank NA, based in Winter Haven, Florida, has applied to acquire Independent Bank, dba Independent Financial, based in McKinney.

Branches

The OCC reports that it has approved applications by Bank of America NA, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, to establish the following branches: 110 S. Wayside Dr. in Houston and 3511 Longmire Dr. in College Station.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by Broadway National Bank, based in San Antonio, to establish a branch at 8333 Douglas Ave., Ste. 100, in Dallas.

The OCC reports that Wells Fargo Bank NA, based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, has applied to establish a branch at the southwest corner of Hwy. 423 and Hwy. 380 in Frisco.

The TDB reports that Maverick Bank, based in Fort Davis, has established the following branches: 110 NW Ave. B in Seminole and 4529 114th St. in Lubbock.

The TDB reports that Frost Bank, based in San Antonio, has applied to establish the following branches: 8651 El Dorado Pkwy. in McKinney and 8111 N. FM 620 in Austin.

The TDB reports that Independent Bank, based in McKinney, has applied to establish a branch at 1409 Botham Jean Blvd., Ste. 1510, in Dallas.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by Amarillo National Bank, based in Amarillo, to establish a branch at 1700 Coulter in Amarillo.

The TDB reports that it has approved applications by Maverick Bank, based in Fort Davis, to establish the following branches: 110 NW Ave. B in Seminole and 4529 114th St. in Lubbock.

The TDB reports that Texas Regional Bank, based in Harlingen, has applied to establish a branch at 1306 Spacek Rd. in Rosenberg.

The OCC reports that First National Bank Texas, based in Killeen, has established a branch at 4101 W. Wheatland Rd. in Dallas.

The OCC reports that JPMorgan Chase Bank NA, based in Columbus, Ohio, has applied to establish a branch at the northeast corner of Katy Hockley Cut-Off Rd. and Morton Rd. in Katy.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by Extraco Banks NA, based in Temple, to relocate a branch from 18 S. Main St. in Temple to 3615 S. 31st St. in Temple.

The OCC reports that Citizens National Bank, based in Cameron, has applied to relocate a branch from 12128 RR 620 N in Austin to 14300 Ronald Reagan Blvd., Ste. 301, in Cedar Park.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by JPMorgan Chase Bank NA, based in Columbus, Ohio, to establish a branch at the southeast corner of US Hwy. 380 (University Dr.) and N. Coit Rd. in McKinney.

The TDB reports that Maverick Bank, based in Fort Davis, has applied to establish the following branches: 110 NW Ave. B in Seminole and 4529 114th St. in Lubbock.
