Here are the latest regulatory agency transactions regarding Texas bank applications—including new charters, mergers and acquisitions, and the establishment and relocation of bank branches—as filed with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Texas Department of Banking (TDB), Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas (FRBD) and the Federal Insurance Deposit Corp. Branches

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by Texas Bank and Trust Co., based in Longview, to establish a branch at 737 International Pkwy., Ste. 150, in Flower Mound.

The FRBD reports that Origin Bank, based in Choudrant, Louisiana, has applied to establish a branch at 7777 Forest Ln., Ste. C-130, in Dallas.

Home Office Relocations

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by AimBank to relocate its home office from 337 Phelps Ave. in Littlefield to 1810 Hall Ave. in Littlefield.

The TDB reports that The Bank of San Antonio, based in San Antonio, has merged with The Bank of Austin, based in Austin, and Texas Hill Country Bank, based in Bandera.

Name Changes

The TDB reports that The Bank of San Antonio, based in San Antonio, has changed its name to Texas Partners Bank.

Home Offices

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by Rio Bank, based in McAllen, to relocate its home office from 1655 N. 23rd St. in McAllen to 701 E. Expy. 83 in McAllen.

Branches

The OCC reports that JPMorgan Chase Bank National Association, based in Columbus, Ohio, has established a branch at 573 Laurence Dr. in Heath.

The OCC reports that PNC Bank National Association, based in Wilmington, Delaware, has established a branch at 23501 Cinco Ranch Blvd., Ste. C130, in Katy.

The TDB reports that Texas Brand Bank, based in Dallas, has applied to establish a branch at 247 W. Davis St. in Dallas.

The TDB report that it has approved applications by Comerica Bank, based in Dallas, to establish branches at 29333 Northwestern Hwy. in Southfield, Michigan; and 323 S. Main St. in Royal Oak, Michigan.

The OCC reports that The City National Bank of Sulphur Springs, based in Sulphur Springs, has applied to acquire The Morris County National Bank of Naples, based in Naples.

Name Changes

The TDB reports that The Bank of San Antonio, based in San Antonio, has applied to change its name to Texas Partners Bank.

Branches

The OCC reports that Lone Star National Bank, based in Pharr, has applied to establish a branch at 129 FM 3167 Rd., Unit 10, in Rio Grande City.

The OCC reports that Keystone Bank National Association, based in Austin, has applied to relocate a branch from 1717 W. 6th St. in Austin to 507 Pressler St., Ste. 400, in Austin.

The TDB reports that Texas Bank and Trust Co., based in Longview, has applied to establish a branch at 737 International Pkwy., Ste. 150, in Flower Mound.

The TDB reports that Affiliated Bank, based in Bedford, has applied to convert to a Texas state-chartered bank.

Branches

The OCC reports that First National Bank Texas, based in Killeen, has acquired Fort Hood National Bank, based in Fort Hood.

The OCC reports that PNC Bank National Association, based in Wilmington, Delaware, has established a branch at 2171 Texas Dr. in Sugar Land.

The TDB reports that Vantage Bank Texas, based in San Antonio, has established a branch at 4520 Camp Bowie Blvd. in Fort Worth.

The TDB reports that Frost Bank, based in San Antonio, has established a branch at 628 E. 11th St. in Houston.
