Regulatory Actions

Here are the latest regulatory agency transactions regarding Texas bank applications—including new charters, mergers and acquisitions, and the establishment and relocation of bank branches—as filed with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Texas Department of Banking (TDB), Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas (FRBD) and the Federal Insurance Deposit Corp. (FDIC).

August 2–8, 2020

Branches

The TDB and the FRBD report that Texas Regional Bank, based in Harlingen, has applied to establish a branch at 3944 Ranch Rd. 620 S in Bee Cave.

The TDB reports that Benchmark Bank, based in Plano, has applied to establish a branch at 2727 Exposition Blvd., Ste. 117, in Austin.

The TDB reports that Security State Bank & Trust, based in Fredericksburg, has applied to establish a branch at 15050 Texas 29 in Liberty Hill.

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by Frost Bank, based in San Antonio, to establish a branch at 3426 Garth Rd. in Baytown.

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by Plains State Bank, based in Humble, to establish a branch at 13885 Southwest Fwy. in Sugar Land.

Charters

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by Agility Bank National Association to establish a new bank charter at 2222 N. Shepherd in Houston.

Branches

The TDB reports that Allegiance Bank, based in Houston, has established a branch at 2929 Navigation Blvd., Ste. 100, in Houston.

The TDB reports that Frost Bank, based in San Antonio, has established a branch at 14637 Memorial Dr., in Houston.

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by First Community Bank, based in Corpus Christi, to establish a branch at 120 S. Agnes. St. in Premont.

The TDB reports that Plains State Bank, based in Humble, has applied to establish a branch at 13885 Southwest Fwy. in Sugar Land.

The TDB reports that Peoples State Bank, based in Rocksprings, has applied to establish a branch at 5858 Texas 27 in Center Point.

The TDB reports that UBank, based in Huntington, has applied to establish a branch at 107 N. Phillips St. in Bullard.

The OCC reports that PNC Bank NA, based in Wilmington, Delaware, has established the following branches: 829B W. Stacy Rd., Ste. 100, in Allen; and 820 W. Bay Area Blvd., Ste. 900B, in Webster.

The OCC reports that Wells Fargo Bank National Association, based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, has applied to establish a branch at 12343 Barker Cypress Rd. in Cypress.

The OCC reports that Woodforest National Bank, based in The Woodlands, has applied to establish a branch at 400 W. Davis in Conroe. The agency also reports that it has approved an application by the bank to establish a branch at 895 Fish Creek Thoroughfare in Montogomery.

The OCC reports that First National Bank of Stanton, based in Stanton, has relocated a branch from 200 N. Loraine, Ste. 1200, in Midland to 400 N. Big Spring St. in Midland.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by Lamar National Bank, based in Paris, to relocate a branch from 721 E. Pecan, Ste. 100, in Celina, to 110 S. Preston Rd., Ste. 100, in Celina.

The OCC reports that Community National Bank, based in Midland, has established a branch at 12509 Quaker Ave. in Lubbock.

The OCC reports that Austin Bank National Association, based in Jacksonville, has relocated a branch from 901 E. Houston St. in Cleveland to 807 E. Houston St. in Cleveland.

Mergers and Acquisitions

The OCC reports that First National Bank Texas, based in Killeen, has applied to acquire Fort Hood National Bank, based in Fort Hood.

Branches

The OCC reports that PNC Bank National Association, based in Wilmington, Delaware, has established the following branches: 8445 N. Belt Line Rd., Ste. 100, in Irving; and 2000 Hughes Landing Blvd., Ste. F100, in The Woodlands.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by Wells Fargo Bank National Association, based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, to establish a branch at 1319 Kingwood Dr. in Kingwood.

The OCC reports that JPMorgan Chase Bank National Association, based in Columbus, Ohio, has applied to establish a branch at the southwest corner of US 380 and Beauchamp Blvd. in Princeton.
