December 17–23, 2023

Holding Companies

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by The First National Bank of Tom Bean, based in Tom Bean, to establish a holding company.

Branches

The OCC reports that JPMorgan Chase Bank NA, based in Columbus, Ohio, has established a branch at 18410 Gatebrook Dr. in Webster.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by The First National Bank of Hughes Springs, based in Hughes Springs, to establish a branch at 100 N. Columbus in Marshall.

The OCC reports that Woodforest National Bank, based in The Woodlands, has applied to establish the following branches: in the HEB at 24924 Morton Ranch Rd. in Katy; and in the HEB at 16000 Woodland Hills Dr. in Humble.

The TDB reports that Alliance Bank Central Texas, based in Waco, has established a branch at 408 Hilliard Rd. in Temple.

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by Citizens State Bank, based in Woodville, to establish a branch at 22410 U.S. Hwy. 59 in Porter.

The TDB reports that Frost Bank, based in San Antonio, has applied to establish a branch at 3620 W. University Dr. in McKinney.

The TDB reports that TXN Bank, based in Hondo, has applied to relocate its home office from 1502 Ave. M in Hondo to 103 19th St. in Hondo.

The OCC reports that First National Bank Texas, based in Killeen, has established a branch at 4107 Fry Rd. in Katy.

The OCC reports that West Texas National Bank, based in Midland, has established a branch at 500 Dallas St., Ste. A, in Plainview.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by Brenham National Bank, based in Brenham, to establish a branch at 4466 State Hwy. 6 S in College Station.

The TDB reports that Tolleson Private Bank, based in Dallas, has established a branch at 8111 Douglas Ave. in Dallas.

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by Frost Bank, based in San Antonio, to establish a branch at 7460 N. State Hwy. 161 in Irving. The agency also reports that Frost Bank has applied to establish a branch at 3620 W. University Dr. in McKinney.
