Harvey Returns to TIB as Chief Financial Officer

August 24, 2020

Curtis HarveyFarmers Branch-based TIB The Independent BankersBank NA has hired Curtis Harvey, to return to the company as executive vice president/chief financial officer, a position he held from 2003 to 2012. He will also serve as an advisory director on the board. Harvey has enjoyed a long and distinguished banking career that began as an accounting officer with the former Republic Bank in Dallas. He also served as executive vice president and CFO of MBank in Fort Worth and as CFO for First Financial Bankshares Inc. in Abilene.

Harvey is a certified public accountant and earned his BBA degree in accounting from Baylor University. He is also a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University.

Established in 1982, TIB The Independent BankersBank the correspondent banking needs to some 1,500 independent community banks in 49 states from coast-to-coast. It operates six regional offices in Farmers Branch, Texas; Lawrenceville, Georgia; Huntington Beach, California; Springfield, Illinois; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and Tulsa, Oklahoma.
