Guaranty Bank & Trust Hires Kidd, Stennis and Thomas

March 11, 2022

Mount Pleasant-based Guaranty Bank & Trust recently welcomed three new bankers to its team.

Natalie KiddNatalie J. Kidd has been hired to serve as senior vice president/commercial lender at the Bryan location. She joins the bank with 14 years of experience, having previously worked for Guaranty Bank & Trust from February 2016 to January 2017. She most recently served as vice president/commercial lender for First Financial Bank, assisting with its new construction loans. Kidd received her bachelor’s degree from Texas State University. She has served in various community organizations, including as past treasurer of St. Michaels Episcopal School, president of Sul Ross PTO, president of her neighborhood association and a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and Junior Achievement.

David R. StennisDavid R. Stennis also joins the bank’s Bryan branch to serve as senior vice president/commercial lender. A second-generation banker, he joins Guaranty Bank & Trust with 14 years of banking experience. He most recently served as vice president/commercial lender for First Financial Bank and has served in a commercial lender capacity for the past 12 years. Stennis received a bachelor’s degree from Sam Houston State University. Active in his community, he has served on numerous local boards, including the Brazos Valley Home Builders Association, Boys & Girls Club of the Brazos Valley, Bryan ISD Education Foundation and Bryan Harvey Little League.

Paige ThomasPaige Thomas has been hired to serve as senior vice president/corporate human resources director. She brings more than 15 years of personnel relations experience and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute. She earned a BBA degree in management with an emphasis in human resources management from the University of Mississippi. Thomas is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and World At Work.

Established in 1913, Guaranty Bank & Trust operates more than 30 branches in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, East Texas, Central Texas and the Houston region.
