FHLB Dallas’ 2026 Women in Financial Services Conference to Foster ‘Thinking Beyond the Now’

September 4, 2026

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas) will hold its 2026 Women in Financial Services Conference October 15–16 at the Omni Frisco Hotel at The Star in Frisco. This year’s theme, Thinking Beyond the Now, focuses on the ideas, skills and leadership approaches shaping the future of the banking industry. Over two days, attendees will hear from thought leaders on building stronger workplace connections, establishing trusted data foundations for artificial intelligence, making strategic decisions and navigating a rapidly changing economic landscape.

Sessions will address how connected teams can create a competitive advantage, how data governance supports responsible innovation, how intentional risk-taking can strengthen leadership and how human-centered approaches can unlock the potential of AI. Other topics will include the regional economy and strategies for approaching conflict with clarity and confidence.

The conference is open to employees of FHLB Dallas member institutions who are in leadership roles or aspire to lead.

Speakers will include:

  • Jenny Just, co-founder and managing partner of PEAK6 Investments;
  • Jeremy Utley, innovation expert, practical AI specialist and bestselling author;
  • Kasley Killam, social health and connection expert and author;
  • Kwame Christian, negotiation expert, podcast host and two-time bestselling author;
  • Mariam Yousuf, business economist, Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas; and
