Charter Bank Board Announces Four Promotions in the New Year

January 11, 2023

The board of directors at Corpus Christi-based Charter Bank recently announced four promotions in the new year.

Raleigh Cosby, senior vice president/commercial lender specializing in real estate, has been elected to serve on Charter Bank’s board of directors. He has been with the bank since 2007 and has more than 37 years of banking experience in Corpus Christi.

Shelley Jones has been promoted to senior vice president. She joined the bank in 2002 as a loan clerk. Her responsibilities include the board of directors and shareholder relations.

Michelle Zamora has been promoted to bank officer. She started her career at Charter Bank as a teller in 2016 and is now responsible for operations.

Morgan Kinsel has been promoted to bank officer. She joined the bank in 2018 where she started as a credit analyst. Her responsibilities will be in operations.

Established in 1962, Charter Bank operates three banking offices in Corpus Christi and one in Rockport.
