Woodville-based Citizens State Bank recently announced the promotion of Will Brooks to senior vice president. He currently serves as a commercial lender in the bank’s newest location at Valley Ranch. With more than a decade of experience in the banking sector, his skills developing customized solutions for businesses across various sizes and industries have established him as a leader in his field. He frequently collaborates with multigenerational business owners and entrepreneurs, helping them navigate their strategic objectives.
Brooks joined Citizens State Bank in 2022 as vice president/credit administration. Prior to that, he was vice president/commercial lending at First Financial Bank in Kingwood. His 12-year banking career has also included stints with Commercial State Bank, Amegy Bank and Prosperity Bank.
Brooks earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Oklahoma State University. He serves as treasurer on the board of directors for the Humble Area Assistance Ministries.
