Fort Worth-based NBT Financial Bank has announced the addition of four banking professionals to its team.
Randy McCauley has joined the bank as an advisory director. He brings more than 43 years of community banking experience, with a comprehensive background in lending, compliance, loan review, risk management and executive leadership. He is the principal consultant at Randall Consulting in Bedford. He recently retired as Northeast Tarrant County director at Great Plains Bank in Fort Worth. He has also worked for Providence Bank of Texas SSB, First National Bank of Wichita Falls and Bank of the West.
McCauley earned a BBA degree in economics and finance from Texas Wesleyan University and an MS degree in finance with a real estate concentration from Texas A&M University. His industry experience includes serving two terms as a director on the Texas Bankers Association board.

The bank also announced the appointment of two new vice presidents/branch managers to support local operations.
Diego Rubio has joined the bank as vice president/branch manager of the Northside Fort Worth location. He holds an associate degree from Tarrant County College.
Seth Colten has joined as vice president/branch manager for the Grapevine location. He also earned his associate degree from Tarrant County College.
Additionally, Beatrice Martin has joined the Willow Park location as a loan officer/loan administrator. She holds a BAAS degree from Tarleton State University.
