Texas Bank and Trust Promotes Hansen to Regional President, Welcomes Monsivais and Skinner

Jeremiah HansenLongview-based Texas Bank and Trust has promoted Jeremiah Hansen to Dallas/Fort Worth regional president, according to Rogers Pope Jr., chairman and CEO. Hansen’s banking experience and commitment to relationship banking have served Texas Bank & Trust customers and communities well for the past six years.

Hansen joined Texas Bank and Trust in 2020 and most recently served as Flower Mound market president. Before joining Texas Bank and Trust, he spent 16 years with Wells Fargo, serving in a variety of leadership positions, including business banking manager and commercial banking leader.

Hansent earned a BBA degree in strategic management and entrepreneurship from the University of North Texas and an MBA degree, also in strategic management, from Southern Methodist University. Active in the community, he has served for four years with the Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce, most recently as an executive board member.

In other news, Roberto Monsivais has joined Texas Bank and Trust as a mortgage lending officer for TBT Mortgage and Bailey Skinner has joined the bank as assistant vice president.

Roberto MonsivaisWith more than 22 years of experience, Monsivais began his career in banking in 2004, holding various leadership roles. He most recently served as a mortgage loan originator and community development leader for Cadence Bank. He became a mortgage loan originator in 2016 and has helped more than 400 families purchase, build or refinance their homes. He has regularly facilitated first-time homebuyer seminars with local housing agencies and nonprofit organizations, in both English and Spanish.

Monsivais currently serves on the board of the Northeast Texas Habitat for Humanity, regularly volunteers with the Longview and Marshall Chambers of Commerce and Housing Authorities, and is a past board member for Boys & Girls Clubs of the Big Pines.

Bailey SkinnerSkinner joined Texas Bank and Trust in June in the bank’s corporate accounting office. A licensed certified public accountant in both Louisiana and Texas, he holds a BS degree in accounting, graduating cum laude, and an MA degree, both from Louisiana Tech University. He is also licensed as a certified fraud examiner. A coach for Miracle League of East Texas, Skinner also serves on the organization’s board of directors.

Established in 1958, Texas Bank and Trust operates 19 full-service banking centers throughout East and North Texas.
