VeraBank Names Vestal Wealth Management Trust and Wealth Advisor

January 30, 2025

Shea VestalHenderson-based VeraBank has promoted Shea Vestal to vice president/trust and wealth advisor. She will focus on the bank’s Henderson, Mt. Enterprise, Kilgore, Tatum and Carthage regions.

Vestal joined VeraBank in 2010. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Stephen F. Austin State University and has completed the graduate program at the SW Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University. Vestal has been involved in United Way of Rusk County and the Henderson Area Chamber of Commerce for a number of years.

“We are fortunate to have someone of Shea’s caliber on our team,” says Toby Fails, executive vice president/chief wealth management and trust officer. “She is extremely hardworking and is vested in building meaningful, lasting client relationships.”

Established in 1930, VeraBank serves 19 counties in East, Central and Southeast Texas with 39 branches.
