Frisco-based Texas Republic Bank has announced the promotion of Andrew Donaldson from vice president/loan officer to vice president/credit administration officer. He began his banking career with Texas Republic Bank as a part-time employee while attending Texas A&M University and joined the bank full-time after graduating.
In addition, the company announced that Meagan Maxcy has joined Texas Republic Bank as vice president/branch operations supervisor and lender and will play a key role in opening the bank’s new Anna branch. With more than 14 years of banking experience, she previously worked at four banks in Texas and Oklahoma. Maxcy earned a degree in process, business administration and management from Collin College.
Established in 1891, Texas Republic Bank operates six branches in Frisco, Celina, Melissa, Pilot Point, Quanah and Richardson—with a seventh branch in Anna on the way.
