On February 18, Texas City-based Texas First Bank announced the appointment of nine senior executives to its advisory board of directors. These new advisory directors bring deep expertise and regional ties from across key operational areas, including technology, risk management, retail banking and lending. The advisory directors will provide strategic guidance to the Texas First Bank board of directors on key initiatives, support regional market developments and continue to foster the bank’s risk management and innovation efforts across the Gulf Coast region.
The newly appointed advisory directors are all employed at Texas First Bank, unless otherwise noted:
- Laura Acosta, business transformation officer;
- Bryan Burkhart, president, Texas First Insurance;
- Sean Doyle, regional president and sales manager;
- Kenneth Holbrook, regional president;
- Alvin Johnson IV, regional president;
- Robin McDougald, chief retail and product officer;
- Samuel McGee, chief information security officer;
- Lincoln McKinnon, chief operating officer; and
- Jessica Tsai, chief risk officer.
