Kristen Phillips has joined the staff of Longview-based Texas Bank and Trust as vice president/wealth and trust officer in its wealth management division in Longview.

Phillips has worked as a trust and wealth associate and advisor in East Texas for 10 years. She attended Blinn College and is a certified trust and fiduciary advisor through the American Bankers Association, holding advanced, foundational and intermediate certificates. Phillips is a member of the Greater Longview Estate Planning Council, serves on the board of the Henderson Area Chamber of Commerce and is a graduate of Leadership Henderson.
