First Liberty Bank Elects Property Management Business Leader to Board

June 13, 2024

Jim Bob EvansJim Bob Evans, a vice president at Lincoln Property Co. in Devers, has been elected to the Liberty-based First Liberty Bank board of directors.

“Jim Bob Evans will add experience in the financing of large commercial real estate projects to the boardroom and a philosophy of local community involvement,” says Charles McGuire, chairman.

Evans has specialized in acquisitions and property management for more than 20 years. A graduate of the University of Texas, he has been actively involved in the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association and in multiple youth sports, including serving as president of Liberty Youth Football.

Established in 1913, First Liberty Bank operates eight offices in East Texas and the Houston region.
