Staebell Joins VeraBank as Senior Vice President and Commercial Banker in Central Texas

January 1, 2026

Tyler StaebellHenderson-based VeraBank has announced that Tyler Staebell has joined its commercial banking team as senior vice president and commercial banker. He will serve businesses in Georgetown, Round Rock, Florence and Liberty Hill. In his new role, he will focus on supporting commercial banking customers with customized financing strategies, while also leading efforts in facilitating and financing commercial real estate projects across the region.

Staebell brings a successful career in both business and commercial banking. Prior to joining VeraBank, he was a commercial banker for JPMorgan Chase Bank for more than seven years. Before that, he served as senior business banking specialist at Wells Fargo Bank for more than seven years.

Staebell attended Metropolitan State University of Denver. He has been a member of the board of directors for the Bee Cave Chamber of Commerce since 2017.

Established in 1930, VeraBank serves 20 counties in East, Central and Southeast Texas with 41 branches.
