Sanders Joins Moody Bank’s Energy Corridor Banking Center in Houston

October 3, 2025

Jason SandersGalveston-based Moody Bank has hired Jason Sanders to serve as senior vice president/commercial banking officer. Originally from Indiana, he joins the bank’s energy corridor banking center at 850 N. Eldridge Pkwy. in Houston after more than 20 years with several leading national and regional banks.

Prior to joining Moody Bank, Sanders was a banking center president and commercial lender for Prosperity Bank in Katy for more than seven years and before that served as vice president/business banking at JPMorgan Chase Bank for 12 years. He was a branch manager with AIG–American General Financial Services earlier in his career.

Sanders earned a BA degree in political science and government from Franklin College in Indiana. He has served as treasurer for the Rotary Club of Katy and has been a member of the Fulshear-Katy Area Chamber of Commerce.

Established in 1907, Moody Bank has 14 branches in Texas.
