May 19–25, 2024

Conversions

The TDB reports that Sunflower Bank, based in Dallas, has applied to convert from a national association to a Texas state-chartered bank.

Branches

The OCC reports that Bank of America NA, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, has applied to establish a branch at 14309 E. Sam Houston Pkwy. N in Houston.

The OCC reports that PNC Bank NA, based in Wilmington, Delaware, has relocated a branch from 700 San Bernardo Ave. in Laredo to 802 Hidalgo St. in Laredo.

The OCC reports that U.S. Bank NA, based in Cincinnati, Ohio, has relocated a branch from 15110 N. Dallas Pkwy. in Dallas to 13737 Noel Rd. in Dallas.

The OCC reports that Extraco Banks NA, based in Temple, has applied to relocate a branch from 18–20 S. Main in Temple to 3615 S. 31st St. in Temple.

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by Third Coast Bank, based in Humble, to establish a branch at 800 Gessner Rd., Ste. 250, in Houston.

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by Frost Bank, based in San Antonio, to establish a branch at 7101 E. William Cannon Dr. in Austin.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by JPMorgan Chase Bank NA, based in Columbus, Ohio, to establish a branch at the southeast corner of Dallas North Tollway (aka Dallas Pkwy.) and Frontier Pkwy. in Prosper.

The OCC reports that Broadway National Bank, based in San Antonio, has applied to establish a branch at 8333 Douglas Ave., Ste. 100, in Dallas.

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by Farmers and Merchants Bank, based in De Leon, to establish a branch at 508 E. Central in Comanche.

The TDB reports that Prosperity Bank, based in El Campo, has relocated a branch from 207 S. Athens St. in Canton to 898 W. Dallas St. in Canton.

The OCC reports that First National Bank Texas, based in Killeen, has established a branch at 1015 Hwy. 80 in San Marcos.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by Woodforest National Bank, based in The Woodlands, to establish a branch in the HEB at 3601 FM 1488 in The Woodlands.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by Zions Bancorporation NA, based in Salt Lake City, Utah, to establish a branch at 3751 Matlock Rd., Ste. 123, in Arlington.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by JPMorgan Chase Bank NA, based in Columbus, Ohio, to establish a branch at the northeast corner of Sam Rayburn Hwy. (State Hwy. 121) and Washington Dr. in Melissa. The agency also reports that JPMorgan Chase Bank has applied to establish a branch at the southeast corner of U.S. Hwy. 380 (University Dr.) and N. Coit Rd. in McKinney.

The TDB reports that it has approved applications by Texas Regional Bank, based in Harlingen, to establish the following branches: 4389 E. U.S. Hwy. 83 in Rio Grande City and 5709 W. Lovers Lane in Dallas.

The OCC reports that Amarillo National Bank, based in Amarillo, has applied to establish a branch at 1700 Coulter in Amarillo.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by Austin Bank, based in Jacksonville, to relocate a branch from 107 Old River Rd. in Montgomery to 18405 Hwy. 105 W in Montgomery.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by Woodforest National Bank, based in The Woodlands, to relocate a branch from 602 Lawrence in Tomball to 14235 FM 2920 in Tomball.
