September 27–October 3, 2020

Mergers and Acquisitions

The OCC reports that First National Bank Texas, based in Killeen, has acquired Fort Hood National Bank, based in Fort Hood.

Conversions

The TDB reports that Beal Bank, based in Plano, has applied to convert to a Texas state-charted bank.

Branches

The OCC reports that PNC Bank National Association, based in Wilmington, Delaware, has established a branch at 2171 Texas Dr. in Sugar Land.

The TDB reports that Vantage Bank Texas, based in San Antonio, has established a branch at 4520 Camp Bowie Blvd. in Fort Worth.

The TDB reports that Frost Bank, based in San Antonio, has established a branch at 628 E. 11th St. in Houston.

The TDB reports that First State Bank, based in Gainesville, has applied to establish a branch at 2624 N. Loy Lake Rd., Ste. A and B, in Sherman.

September 20–26, 2020

Mergers and Acquisitions

The OCC reports that Moody National Bank, based in Galveston, has purchased a branch of Spirit of Texas Bank, based in Conroe. The branch is located at 1010 Bay Area Blvd. in Houston.

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by The Bank of San Antonio to acquire The Bank of Austin, based in Austin, and Texas Hill Country Bank, based in Bandera.

Home Offices

The TDB reports that AimBank, based in Littlefield, has applied to relocate its home office from 337 Phelps Ave. in Littlefield to 1810 Hall Ave. in Littlefield.

Branches

The OCC reports that Sunflower Bank National Association, based in Denver, Colorado, has established a bank at 8117 Preston Rd., Suites 240–250, in Dallas.

The TDB reports that Freedom Bank, based in Freer, has applied to establish a branch at 533 N. Alamo Rd. in Alamo.

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by Commercial State Bank, based in Palmer, to establish a branch at 199-263 S. I-45 Service Rd. in Hutchins.

The TDB reports that Comerica Bank, based in Dallas, has applied to establish the following branches: 29333 Northwestern Hwy. in Southfield, Michigan; and 323 S. Main St. in Royal Oak, Michigan.

The TDB reports that First State Bank, based in Shallowater, has applied to establish a branch at 11235 Harry Hines Blvd. in Dallas.

The TDB reports that AimBank, based in Littlefield, has applied to relocate a branch from 102 E. Waylon Jennings Blvd. in Littlefield to 1810 Hall Ave. in Littlefield.

The OCC reports that JPMorgan Chase Bank National Association, based in Columbus, Ohio, has established a branch at 1011 E. 5th St., Ste. 100, in Austin.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by Wells Fargo Bank National Association, based in Sioux Falls, to establish a branch at 12343 Barker Cypress Rd. in Cypress.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by Bank of America National Association, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, to establish a branch at 1803 Broadway St. in San Antonio.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by PNC Bank, National Association, based in Wilmington, Delaware, to establish a branch at 8411 Preston Rd., Ste. 138, in Dallas.

The OCC reports that First National Bank Texas, based in Killeen, has established a branch at 501 Executive Center, Ste. 101, in El Paso.

The TDB reports that First State Bank, based in Gainesville, has applied to establish a branch at 2624 N. Loy Lake Rd., Ste. A/B, in Sherman.

The TDB reports that Commercial State Bank, based in Palmer, has applied to establish a branch at 199-263 S. I-45 Service Rd. in Hutchins.

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by UBank, based in Huntington, to establish a branch at 6120 S. Broadway Ave. in Tyler.

The TDB reports that Frost Bank, based in San Antonio, has established a branch at 13201 Fry Rd., Ste. 100, in Cypress.

The TDB reports that Texas Bank and Trust Co., based in Longview, has applied to relocate a branch from 2912 W. 6th St., Ste. 100, in Fort Worth to 464 Bailey Ave. in Fort Worth.

The TDB reports that Texas Regional Bank, based in Harlingen, has relocated a branch from 333 E. Hwy. 290, Ste. 305, in Dripping Springs to 700 W. Hwy. 290 in Dripping Springs.

The FRBD reports that Comerica Bank, based in Dallas, has applied to establish the following branches: 29333 Northwestern Hwy. in Southfield, Michigan; and 323 S. Main St. in  Royal Oak, Michigan.

The FRBD reports that First State Bank, based in Gainesville, has applied to establish a branch at 2624 N. Loy Lake Rd. in Sherman.

Mergers and Acquisitions

The FRBD reports that Snyder Holding Co., based in Andrews, has applied to become a bank holding company by directly acquiring 100 percent of the outstanding shares of voting stock in West Texas State Bank, based in Snyder.

Conversions

The TDB reports that Affiliated Bank, based in Bedford, has applied to convert from a national banking association to a state-chartered bank.

Branches

The OCC reports that Amarillo National Bank, based in Amarillo, has established a branch at 2630 Parkway Dr. in Lubbock.

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by UBank, based in Huntington, to establish a branch at 6120 S. Broadway Ave. in Tyler.

August 30–September 5, 2020

Mergers and Acquisitions

The FRBD reports that Abilene Holdco Inc., based in Abilene, has applied to become a bank holding company by acquiring 100 percent of BSA Bankshares Inc., based in Abilene; BSA Delaware Inc., based in Wilmington, Delaware; and First State Bank, based in Abilene.

The FRBD reports that Greenback Fincorp Inc., based in Austin, has applied to become a bank holding company by acquiring 100 percent of Austin Capital Bank SSB, based in Austin.

Conversions

The TDB reports that CapTex Bank, now based in Fort Worth (formerly Trenton), has converted from a national banking association to a state-chartered bank. The agency also reports that CapTex Bank has relocated its home office from 106 Hamilton St. in Trenton to 2929 W. Fifth St. in Fort Worth.

Branches

The OCC reports that JPMorgan Chase Bank National Association, based in Columbus, has applied to establish a branch at the southwest corner of  Hwy. 6 and Lexington Blvd. in Sugar Land.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by Woodforest National Bank, based in The Woodlands, to establish a branch at 400 W. Davis in Conroe.

The TDB reports that UBank, based in Huntington, has applied to establish a branch at 6120 S. Broadway Ave. in Tyler.

The TDB reports that ValueBank Texas, based in Corpus Christi, has established a branch at 9712 W. FM 2147, Ste. 103, in Horseshoe Bay.

The TDB reports that One World Bank, based in Dallas, has established a branch at 10080 Bellaire Blvd., Ste. 101, in Houston.

August 23–29, 2020

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by First National Bank Texas, based in Killeen, to acquire Fort Hood National Bank, based in Fort Hood.

The OCC reports that PNC Bank National Association, based in Wilmington, Delaware, has established a branch at 2310 W. University Dr., Ste. 1540, in Denton.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by JPMorgan Chase Bank National Association, based in Columbus, Ohio, to establish a branch at the southwest corner of U.S. 380 and Beauchamp Blvd. in Princeton.

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by UBank, based in Huntington, to establish a branch at 107 N. Phillips St. in Bullard.

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by Texas Regional Bank, based in Harlingen, to establish a branch at 3944 Ranch Rd. 620 S. in Bee Cave.

The TDB reports that Happy State Bank, based in Happy, has established a branch at 3503 N.E. 24th Ave. in Amarillo.
