Here are the latest regulatory agency transactions regarding Texas bank applications—including new charters, mergers and acquisitions, and the establishment and relocation of bank branches—as filed with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Texas Department of Banking (TDB), Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas (FRBD) and the Federal Insurance Deposit Corp. (FDIC).

Mergers and Acquisitions

The TDB reports that Rio Bank, based in McAllen, has completed its acquisition of Lone Star Capital Bank NA, based in San Antonio.

The TDB reports that Citizens State Bank, based in Ganado, has completed its merger into Yoakum National Bank, based in Yoakum.

Branches

The OCC reports that JPMorgan Chase Bank NA, based in Columbus, Ohio, has established a branch at 24802 Ranch Morton Rd. in Katy. The agency also reports that JPMorgan Chase Bank NA has applied to establish a branch at the intersection of E. Eagle Spirit Dr. and Main St. (Mineola Hwy. 69) in Lindale.

The OCC reports that Great Plains National Bank, based in Elk City, Oklahoma, has applied to establish a branch at 2624 N. Loy Lake Rd. in Sherman.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by VeraBank NA, based in Henderson, to establish a branch at 14951 Avery Ranch Blvd. in Austin.

The OCC reports that PNC Bank NA, based in Wilmington, Delaware, has applied to establish the following branches: 4402 Little Rd. in Arlington; 4600 State Hwy. 121, Ste. 100, in Lewisville; and 12645 Eldorado Pkwy. in Frisco.

The OCC reports that Southwestern National Bank, based in Houston, has applied to establish a branch at 2534 Royal Ln., Ste. 110, in Dallas.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by VeraBank, based in Henderson, to relocate a branch from 902 Palm Valley Blvd. in Round Rock to 2300 S IH-35 in Round Rock.

The TDB reports that Benchmark Bank, based in 2765-27 Plano, has applied to establish a branch at 5020 Collinwood Ave., Ste. 100, in Fort Worth.

The TDB reports that Bank of South Texas, based in McAllen, has applied to establish a branch at 7075 N. Expwy. 77, Ste. 4, in Olmito.

The TDB reports that Citizens State Bank, based in Woodville, has applied to establish a branch at 2009 S. Capital of Texas Hwy., Ste. 100, in Austin.

Name Changes

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by XD Bank, based in Plano, to change the name to Monet Bank.

Loan Production Offices

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by First National Bank Texas, based in Killeen, to establish a loan production office at 11 N. Halsted Circle, Ste. A, in Rogers, Arkansas.

Branches

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by First National Bank of Central Texas, based in Waco, to establish a branch at 4270 State Hwy. 6 S in College Station.

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by Rio Bank, based in McAllen, to acquire Lone Star Capital Bank NA, based in San Antonio.

Name Changes

The TDB reports that XD Bank, based in Plano, has applied to change its name to Monet Bank.

The TDB reports that Texas Regional Bank has applied to relocate a branch from 20475 Hwy. 46 W., Ste. 360, in Spring Branch, to 20419 Hwy. 46 W. in Spring Branch.

The OCC reports that Lone Star Capital Bank NA, based in San Antonio, has established a branch at 610 W. Main St. in Fredericksburg.

The OCC reports that it has approved applications by Amarillo National Bank, based in Amarillo, to establish the following branches: 5500 W. 9th St. in Amarillo and 410 S. Taylor in Amarillo.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by JPMorgan Chase Bank, based in Columbus, Ohio, to establish a branch at the northeast corner of Boyd Ct. and Boyd Rd. (FM 730 N) in Azle.

The OCC reports that Texana Bank NA, based in Linden, has applied to establish a branch at 1680 Keller Pkwy. in Keller.

The OCC reports that Sunflower Bank NA, based in Dallas, has relocated a branch from 2200 Louisiana Blvd. NE, Ste. 08E, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, to 6605 Uptown Blvd. NE in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Mergers and Acquisitions

The TDB reports that Rio Bank, based in McAllen, has applied to acquire Lone Star Capital Bank NA, based in San Antonio.

Conversions

The TDB reports that Cendera Bank NA, based in Bells, has applied to convert from a national association to a Texas state-chartered bank under the name Cendera Bank.

Branches

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by PNC Bank NA, based in Wilmington, Delaware, to establish a branch at 1134 S. FM 741 in Forney.

The OCC reports that JPMorgan Chase Bank NA, based in Columbus, Ohio, has applied to establish a branch at E. Eagle Spirit Dr. and Main St. (Mineola Hwy. 69) in Lindale.

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by TexasBank, based in Brownwood, to establish a branch at 1415 S. FM 51 in Decatur.

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by First Community Bank, based in Corpus Christi, to establish a branch at 6302 W. Broadway St., Ste. 100, in Pearland.

The TDB reports that Spur Security Bank, based in Spur, has applied to establish a branch at 5617 114th St. in Lubbock.

The OCC reports that First National Bank Texas, based in Killeen, has established a branch at 7700 Samuell Blvd. in Dallas. The agency also reports that First National Bank Texas has applied to establish a branch at 6100 W. Fuqua St. in Houston.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by Lone Star Capital Bank NA, based in San Antonio, to establish a branch at 610 W. Main St. in Fredericksburg.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by JPMorgan Chase Bank NA, based in Columbus, Ohio, to establish a branch a the northwest corner of 114th St. (FM 7300) and Quaker Ave. (FM 2330) in Lubbock.

The OCC reports that Commercial Bank of Texas NA, based in Nacogdoches, has relocated a branch from 410 E. Lacy St. in Palestine to 2121 S. Loop 256 in Palestine.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by Cendera Bank NA, based in Bells, to relocate a branch from 110 N. College Ave., Ste. 402, in Tyler to 4100 S. Broadway Ave. in Tyler.

The TDB reports that Frost Bank, based in San Antonio, has applied to relocate a branch from 3801 S. Alameda St. in Corpus Christi to 3835 S. Alameda St. in Corpus Christi.
