Dallas-based PlainsCapital Bank has promoted Shelly Chambers to wealth management market manager for the Fort Worth region of The Private Bank at PlainsCapital. She joined The Private Bank in 2023 as senior vice president/senior wealth administrator and has more than 30 years of financial services experience in Texas.
In her expanded role, Chambers will lead a team of administrators and staff serving high-net-worth and Private Bank clients. She will also continue to oversee wealth management, trust and estate administration for individuals, foundations, endowments and organizations.
“Shelly has been an incredible asset to our team since day one,” says Keith Miller, executive vice president/chief fiduciary officer of The Private Bank at PlainsCapital. “This new role is a natural next step and speaks to her deep knowledge of trust and estate work and the strong relationships she’s built with clients and colleagues.”
Chambers is an active member of the Tarrant County Probate Bar Association and the Tarrant County Bar Association’s Business, Tax and Estates division. She received her bachelor’s degree from Sewanee: The University of the South and her MBA degree from Southern Methodist University.
