Lakeside Bank Appoints Williams President and CEO

April 3, 2025

Chris WilliamsRockwall-based Lakeside Bank has appointed Chris Williams as president and chief executive officer. With 25 years of community banking experience, Williams plans to use his proven leadership and management expertise to enhance efficiency with improved processes, expand banking products and advance technology to optimize operations and enhance the customer experience.

Williams was a founding member of BTH Bank in Dallas, helping expand the bank’s assets to $2 billion before its 2022 merger with Origin Bank. He most recently served as regional executive vice president at Origin Bank, strengthening market presence and driving business development.

“Lakeside Bank is honored to have built the dream team consisting of the top talent in the industry with Chris Williams at the helm,” says Ken Pratt, board member.

Established in 1974, Lakeside Bank operates branches in Rockwall and Dallas.
