Citizens National Bank Hires Adams for Treasury Management Expertise 

April 17, 2025

Angela AdamsCameron-based Citizens National Bank has hired Angela Adams to serve as senior vice president/treasury management in Round Rock.

With more than 25 years of experience in relationship and community banking, she joins Citizens National Bank from First United Bank in Austin, where she served as vice president/treasury management officer after moving to Austin from Kansas in 2022. Before that, she worked for 21 years at First National Bank of Hutchinson in Kansas.

“Her deep expertise in treasury management and relationship-driven approach will be instrumental in helping our business clients thrive,” says Steven Wise, CEO. “From improving cash flow to implementing fraud protection measures, Angela’s leadership will directly impact our clients’ financial success.”

Adams studied business administration and management at Hutchinson Community College. She has also completed the Leadership Reno County [Kansas] program. She has donated her time and efforts as a youth mentor, coach and small-business council member on the Hutchinson/Reno County Chamber of Commerce.

Established in 1900, Citizens National Bank serves Central Texas with 10 branches.
