Commercial/Real Estate Lender | Worthington National Bank | Arlington, Texas

January 11, 2022

Worthington National Bank is currently seeking a Commercial and Real Estate Lender for our Arlington location. A college degree in finance or business, a minimum of five years of commercial bank lending experience in the Arlington/Tarrant County Market and formal credit training are required. Must have good knowledge of applicable federal/state laws, regulations, bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

Other duties include analyzing loan applications, making loans, monitoring and servicing existing loan customers, making credit decisions, collecting on loans and marketing the bank’s services and products.

Computer skills should include Microsoft Office and Excel software. Good organizational, interpersonal, communications and customer relations skills are required. Attention to detail and mental concentration are necessary to work in a demanding environment, accurately performing tasks and handling frequent interruptions.
