We are looking for a Texas-based, self-motivated Account Executive—preferably with HR benefits experience—to deliver results through the implementation of effective sales strategies. Other qualities include:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Equally strategic and tactical in running a territory
- Comfortable making lots of calls to warm, hot and cold leads
- Customer-focused and consultative
- Passionate about all aspects of sales
- Proven track record of sales target achievement
- Time, territory and account management organizational skills
- Field-based sales with 80 percent-plus travel required in Texas
- Takes pride in pursuing and then closing deals
- Writes clear quotes and proposals
- Leverages technology to enhance performance and achieve sales metrics
- Licensed in Texas Life, Accident and Health and valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is a must
- Knowledge of HR benefits is strongly preferred
