Texas-based Account Executive for The Kempton Company/Advantage Health Plans Trust

At The Kempton Company, Administrator of Advantage Health Plans Trust, we are changing the healthcare industry! We believe in transparency and have the genuine desire to transform how employers and participants view and purchase healthcare. Kempton clients offer top-tier benefits where medical services are free to their employees and we have saved our clients more than $100 million in claims cost since launching the Kempton Premier Provider program 10 years ago. We are looking for a Texas-based, self-motivated Account Executive—preferably with HR benefits experience—to deliver results through the implementation of effective sales strategies. Other qualities include:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Equally strategic and tactical in running a territory
  • Comfortable making lots of calls to warm, hot and cold leads
  • Customer-focused and consultative
  • Passionate about all aspects of sales
  • Proven track record of sales target achievement
  • Time, territory and account management organizational skills
  • Field-based sales with 80 percent-plus travel required in Texas
  • Takes pride in pursuing and then closing deals
  • Writes clear quotes and proposals
  • Leverages technology to enhance performance and achieve sales metrics
  • Licensed in Texas Life, Accident and Health and valid driver’s license
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is a must
  • Knowledge of HR benefits is strongly preferred
