Regulatory Actions

Here are the latest regulatory agency transactions regarding Texas bank applications—including new charters, mergers and acquisitions, and the establishment and relocation of bank branches—as filed with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Texas Department of Banking (TDB), Federal Reserve Board of Dallas (FRBD) and the Federal Insurance Deposit Corp. (FDIC):

January 16–22, 2022

Home Offices

The OCC reports that Legacy Trust Co. National Association, based in Houston, has applied to relocate its home office from 1801 Smith St., Ste. 1900, in Houston to 1415 Louisiana, Ste. 1900, in Houston.

Branches

The OCC reports that Lone Star National Bank, based in Pharr, has established a branch at 4500 N. 10th St., Ste. 315, in McAllen.

The OCC reports that Wells Fargo Bank National Association, based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, has applied to establish a branch at 7900 Woodbridge Pkwy. in Sachse.

The OCC reports that First National Bank of Hereford, based in Hereford, has applied to establish a branch at 8700 FM 2219 in Amarillo.

The OCC reports that Bank of Brenham National Association, based in Brenham, has applied to establish a branch at 3030 University Dr., Ste. 200, in College Station.

The OCC reports that Guaranty Bank & Trust National Association, based in Mt. Pleasant, has applied to relocate a branch from 1213 RR 620 S in Lakeway to 1008 RR 620 S, Ste. 110, in Lakeway.

The TDB reports that Texas First Bank, based in Texas City, has established a branch at 6363 Phelan Blvd. in Beaumont.

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by Texas Security Bank, based in Dallas, to establish a branch at 2102 E. State Hwy. 114 in Southlake.

The TDB reports that Citizens State Bank, based in Woodville, has applied to establish a branch at 2313 Timber Shadows, Ste. 102, in Kingwood.
