First United Bank Promotes Webb, Moody and Scott

February 15, 2022

Dimmitt-based Plains Bancorp Inc., the holding company for First United Bank and Spirit Mortgage, has announced the following promotions:

Ashley Webb has been promoted to vice president (Plains Bancorp Inc.). She has been with the bank since 2006 and has 18 years of bank industry experience. She serves as the electronic services manager and offices in the bank’s operations center.

Monica Moody has been named vice president (Plains Bancorp Inc.). She has been with the bank since 2017 and has 25 years of banking experience. She serves as internal audit manager in the bank’s risk management department. Moody offices out of the Lubbock Northwest banking center.

Ryan Scott has also been promoted to vice president (Plains Bancorp Inc.). He has been with the bank since 2013 and has 15 years of banking experience. He serves as Bank Secrecy Act officer in the bank’s risk management department. Scott offices out of the Lubbock Northwest banking center.

Established in 1907, First United Bank reports total assets of more than $2 billion and currently operates 17 locations in 13 West Texas markets.
