On March 13, First National Bank of Eldorado announced that it is changing its name to Lone Oak Bank. The transition marks a significant step forward as the bank expands its reach.
“For generations, we have been honored to serve our customers with personal, community-driven banking,” says Mason Vaughan, president and CEO. “As Lone Oak Bank, we remain dedicated to the same hometown service our customers have come to know and trust, while also positioning ourselves for future growth and innovation.”
As part of its expansion, Lone Oak Bank recently signed a purchase agreement with Lubbock-based Western Bank for the purchase of its Loraine branch. “We are excited about the opportunities this acquisition presents for our customers and communities,” Vaughan says.
The transition to Lone Oak Bank is seamless for existing customers, with no changes to account numbers, services or online banking access. The new brand officially launched on April 1 with signage, digital updates and customer communications rolling out in the coming weeks.
Established in 1907, Lone Oak Bank serves customers from its headquarters in Eldorado, as well as a loan production office and deposit production offices in San Angelo and Colorado City.
