Conversion

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by Texas Exchange Bank, based in Crowley, to convert to a state-chartered bank under the name Texas Exchange Bank SSB.

Branches

The OCC reports that JPMorgan Chase Bank National Association, based in Columbus, Ohio, has established a branch at 2475 Bay Area Blvd., Bldg. A, in Houston. The agency also reports that the bank has applied to establish the following branches: at the northwest corner of Williams Dr. (FM 2338) and Wildwood Dr. in Georgetown; and at the northeast corner of Woodall Rodgers Fwy. and N. Akard St. in Dallas.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by The First National Bank of Bastrop, based in Bastrop, to relocate a branch from 1021 Main St. in Bastrop to 712 Spring St. in Bastrop.

The TDB reports that Southside Bank, based in Tyler, has established a branch at 5665 Dallas Pkwy., Ste. 100, in Frisco.

The TDB reports that Texas Partners Bank, based in San Antonio, has established a branch at 1717 W. 6th St., Ste. 110, in Austin.
