Conversions

The TBA reports that Third Coast Bank, based in Humble, has applied to convert to a state charter under the same name.

Branches

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by West Texas National Bank, based in Midland, to relocate a branch from 500 Dallas St., Ste. A, in Plainview, to 3320–3322 Olton Rd. in Plainview.
