Compliance Select Adds Woolsey and Sims to Digital Compliance Team

November 13, 2025

Austin-based Compliance Select recently announced the hiring of Amy Woolsey and Barbra Sims to serve as digital compliance officers. Since 2022, Compliance Select has provided community banks with resources to ensure consumer and regulatory compliance. The team continually expands to meet the needs of all client banks.

Woolsey brings 21 years of community banking experience to the Compliance Select team, including 11 years specializing in compliance. She began her career as a teller, later moving into deposit operations before advancing into BSA and compliance. For seven years, she served as BSA officer for a community bank.

Sims joins the Compliance Select team with more than a decade of banking experience, focusing on regulatory compliance and fraud investigation. A graduate of Otterbein University with a BS degree in mathematics, she excels in analytical thinking and problem-solving. Most recently, Sims served as a BSA officer and compliance specialist.
