The Independent Bankers Association of Texas (IBAT) announced in late September that Brad Giddens, director of sales for the financial institutions division at Integris, now serves as chair of the IBAT Associate Member Advisory Council. He was elected to this position during the association’s 51st Annual Convention held September 20–23 in Fort Worth. IBAT’s Associate Member Advisory Council was established in 2006 to represent IBAT associate members, in addition to serving as a resource for bankers, IBAT staff and for emerging legislative and regulatory issues.
As director of sales for the financial institutions division at Integris, Giddens leads initiatives to support community banks with tailored IT, cybersecurity and compliance-focused solutions. He has nearly 20 years of experience in business development, management and client strategy. Prior to his role at Integris, Giddens held leadership positions at CalTech, a managed IT services provider specializing in banking institutions, which later merged with Integris.
In his role on the Associate Member Advisory Council, Giddens joins Vice Chair Gordon Dobner of Forvis Mazars, Andrew Fix of HC3, Brett Murphy of Whitley Penn LLP, Jennifer Adcock of Qualtik, Sanjay Bhaskar of revio., Kathrynn Cavanaugh of Kameo Marketing LLC, Brent Standefer Jr. of Fenimore Kay Harrison LLP and Cynthia Glover of Kristopher James Co.
