In mid-September, Little Rock, Arkansas-based Encore Bank announced its expansion into Arlington and has named Rick Jenkins executive vice president/Arlington market president. In addition, the bank is expanding into Collin County and has named Jenny Johnson senior vice president/Collin County market manager.
Jenkins is a 19-year banking veteran with expertise in commercial lending, business development and treasury management. Before joining Encore Bank, he served as market president for American National Bank of Texas in Arlington. He holds a BBA degree from the University of Texas–Arlington and is a graduate of the American Bankers Association’s Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.

Johnson has more than 20 years of financial services experience, including private, commercial and business banking, as well as mortgage and wealth management. Most recently, she served as senior vice president/small commercial manager at IberiaBank. Johnson holds a bachelor’s degree in management and human relations from MidAmerica Nazarene University.
