Choudrant, Louisiana-based Origin Bank has hired three banking professionals to join its team in North Texas.
John Klein joins Origin Bank as a relationship manager at its Preston Financial Center in Dallas. He has more than 21 years of experience in banking, specializing in real estate, middle-market and small-business lending. Klein earned a BA degree in economics from the University of Texas and an MBA degree from Southern Methodist University. He serves on the foundation board of directors as a member of the Church of the Incarnation.
Caroline Merritt serves as a commercial portfolio manager II at Origin Bank’s Dallas Financial Center. She brings more than five years of experience, specializing in middle-market commercial and industrial lending. A certified public accountant, Merritt earned a BBA degree from the University of Mississippi and her MBA degree from Mercer University. She is an active member of the Cary Council nonprofit organization, as well as the Dallas/Fort Worth chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.
Mark H. Reily is a regional credit officer at the bank’s Dallas Financial Center. He has more than 46 years of banking industry experience, specializing in working with
high-net-worth individuals and families, producing and managing financial portfolios and evaluating credit risks for customers.
