The Loan Officer is responsible for soliciting, negotiating, underwriting and coordinating the closing of major and complex consumer, residential, equipment, agricultural, commercial building and business loans in compliance with the Bank’s lending policies and procedures.

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in bank lending, with a proven portfolio.
  • Must have a working knowledge of banking and compliance laws, regulations, financial analysis, credit practices, consumer and commercial lending.
  • Good communication and public relations skills.
