Peoples Bank Caps 2021 with Numerous Promotions

January 12, 2022

Larry Allen, CEO and chairman of the board at Lubbock-based Peoples Bank, announced the following promotions at the end of 2021. “These promotions reflect the outstanding staff we have at Peoples Bank,” Allen says. “Each one of these individuals goes above and beyond and we are fortunate to have them on our team.”

Dawn Ambrose has been promoted to banking officer and mortgage closer. She has been with the bank for four years.

Kerri Blake has been promoted to assistant vice president and assistant deposit operations manager. Blake joined Peoples Bank in 2019.

Jacob Jones has been promoted to vice president and controller. He has been with the bank for seven years.

Travis Jones has been promoted to banking officer. Jones has been with Peoples Bank since 2019 and serves as a customer account representative at the bank’s 82nd St. location in Lubbock.

Felix Molinar has been promoted to assistant vice president and assistant IT manager. He joined the bank in 2020.

Chasitie Seaton has been promoted to vice president. She joined Peoples Bank in 2018 and currently serves as a lending assistant at the bank’s 82nd St. location in Lubbock.

Peggy Sellers has been promoted to assistant vice president. She has been with the bank for 22 years and serves as teller supervisor and customer account representative at the Lorenzo location.

Johnathan Surratt has been promoted to vice president, IT manager and physical security officer. Surratt has been with Peoples Bank for 15 years.

Miranda Viljoen has been promoted to assistant vice president and branch manager. She has been with the bank for nine years and works at the bank’s 34th St. location in Lubbock.

Lacie Walton has been promoted to executive vice president. Walton joined Peoples Bank in 2013 and serves as manager of the mortgage department.

Dana Winn has been promoted to branch president of the bank’s Seymour location. Winn joined the bank as part of an acquisition and has been at the Seymour location for more than 15 years.

Established in 1968, Peoples Bank has 12 locations serving West Texas, North Central Texas and the Texas Panhandle.
