First United Bank Welcomes Grossman to Commercial Lending Team

Craig GrossmanDimmitt-based First United Bank has hired Craig Grossman to serve as vice president of commercial lending at the bank’s northwest Lubbock branch. The hiring was announced by R. Mark Bain, CEO.

Grossman brings more than eight years of commercial banking experience to First United Bank. He spent five years with Lubbock National Bank serving as banking officer, credit analyst, commercial lender and, later, as an assistant vice president of commercial lending for more than three years.

Grossman earned his BBA degree in finance from Texas Tech University. His commitment to his community includes serving as a loaned executive for United Way. He is also a member of the Campaign Leadership Council for Community Health of Lubbock.

Established in 1907, First United Bank, a subsidiary of Plains Bancorp Inc., operates 23 banking centers across 20 West Texas communities.
