VeraBank Welcomes Berman as Executive Vice President and Williamson County Regional President

Rich BermanHenderson-based VeraBank has hired Rich Berman as executive vice president and regional president for Williamson County.

“[Berman] has spent nearly two decades building strong, trusted relationships throughout the region—and it shows,” says Brad Tidwell, CEO.

“Rich brings genuine care for customers, proven leadership and a deep understanding of the region, making him a perfect fit for our team,” adds Paul Gerling Sr., executive vice president, chief banking officer and regional chairman/Central Texas region. “Leaders like Rich truly embody those values, helping us stay rooted in the communities we serve and grow alongside them.”

“I am most proud of the deep relationships I’ve built in Williamson County and the Greater Austin business community over the past 18 years,” Berman says. “My customers have become good friends, and I feel a great sense of pride and purpose in helping them achieve their business and personal goals.”

Berman serves on the board of Heroes Resource Center, a nonprofit organization supporting veterans and their families in Central Texas, and the board of CFMA Austin, a trade organization for financial professionals in the construction industry.

Established in 1930, VeraBank serves 20 counties in East, Central and Southeast Texas with 41 branches.
