VeraBank Names King Commercial Banker in Lufkin, Nichols Mortgage Banker in Carthage

Kyle KingHenderson-based VeraBank has added Kyle King to its commercial banking team. With the bank since 2022, he will serve as banking officer/commercial banker at the Lufkin branch. King has been in the financial services industry for 12 years and most recently served as portfolio manager for the bank’s Lufkin and Tyler markets.

“What makes Kyle special is his ability to connect with customers and understand their financial goals,” says Ashlyn Cole, senior vice president/Angelina County market president. “Working with businesses—whether they’re just starting out or positioning themselves to take on what’s next—Kyle will help them find the right solutions to achieve their goals.”

Morgan NicholsVeraBank welcomes back Morgan Nichols to serve on as mortgage banker at the Carthage branch. Morgan brings six years of banking experience and has a deep passion for helping the Carthage community prosper.

“Her previous experience at VeraBank and financial industry knowledge will help us deepen relationships with our existing customers and forge new relationships with future customers,” says Brad Tidwell, president and CEO.

“She is diligent and dedicated, and her energetic personality will help us continue to exceed customer expectations,” says Brett Biggs, senior vice president/market president.

Established in 1930, VeraBank serves 19 counties in East, Central and Southeast Texas with a network of 39 branches.
