TIB Promotes Mainini and Nelson

June 27, 2024

On June 13, Farmers Branch-based TIB NA announced the promotions of Melissa Mainini and Candice Nelson.

Mainini has been promoted to director of TIB capital markets and designated principal. She will now be responsible for all activities within TIB capital markets, including capital markets sales and trading, as well as TIB’s investment operations. Mainini joined TIB in 2015 and is a graduate of West Texas State University.

Nelson has been promoted to director of investment operations at TIB. In this role, she will oversee the organization’s substantial safekeeping portfolio, among other duties. She has been with TIB since 2010.

TIB is the nation’s largest correspondent bank, providing more than 30 products and services to over 1,300 U.S. community banks in all 50 states, plus Guam.
